Aaron Paul Is Charming For GQ, Talks About His Next Move After ‘Breaking Bad’ [PHOTOS]
For example, during his interview, he insisted on “breaking the rule” of having people pay for his meals or shows or any other perks because he doesn’t know why that’s the case. Then he gushed over his fiancée, whom he “met at Coachella, became friends. And then a year later, we fell in love at Coachella. We ran off together at Coachella. You know, first kiss on the Ferris wheel sort of thing.” Um, cutest meeting ever, right?
Despite having a ton of critical acclaim as Jesse Pickham, Paul doesn’t know what he’s doing after Breaking Bad ends in summer 2013. But hey, if you’re Paul Thomas Anderson, Paul would “kind of beg [Anderson] to put me in a film. I don’t care if it’s as an extra, I’ll do whatever.”
The last season of Breaking Bad seems like it will be the best yet. Paul describes the most recent episode they filmed, which “seemed like we were working on a pretty big-budget film. It was the first time they took us away on location. Like, we were shooting in Santa Fe—set us all up, set the entire crew up at the hotels in Rock City.”
Are you ready to say goodbye to Jesse? I know I’m not! In the meantime, let’s get Paul some work, okay?
