Aww. Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer are seen here filming scenes for The Lone Ranger in which the Lone Ranger saves Tonto from falling off a stylized train.

Following filming, the co-stars gave each other a hug to celebrate the last scene on set.

The rumored $250 million film has had one of the longest shoots in recent history. Filming began Feb. 28 in New Mexico and is expected to wrap at the end of September, for a total of between 140 and 150 shooting days.

The film has had some major setbacks. Wind and dust storms damaged the sets, and Depp reportedly was injured in a fall from a horse. That, along with the on-set death Sept. 21 of a welder who was preparing an underwater action sequence for the film.

Even though the coroner’s initial report say that Michael Andrew Bridger suffered from a heart attack, an investigation will be held by the workplace safety enforcement agency Cal/Osha to confirm if there was any negligence. Bridger was wearing a scuba gear while cleaning a pool to be used on the film set of “The Lone Ranger” which is in northeast Los Angeles County.

An autopsy would further determine the official cause of death of the crew member and the official will interview the entire cast and crew about Bridger’s death. His funeral is currently being planned by his family and friends and they do not blame the production company for his death.

Walt Disney Studios is producing the film that stars actor Johnny Depp as the Lone Ranger’s sidekick Tonto. The studio expressed their condolences and said that their thoughts are with Bridger’s family, friends and co-workers.
